35 QuickBooks Quickcourse I 2007 Learn to use the simplest form of accounting for small business owners. The basic accounting principles will be introduced to the students Included in instruction will be how to set up data quickly with lists, invoicing, enter and pay bills, track time and job cost accurately, work with bank accounts, create reports, graphs, track and pay sales tax. Students will also learn to track the most profitable customers and activities.
36 QuickBooks Quickcourse II 2007 A continuation of Quickbooks Quickcourse I with emphasis on physical inventory, payroll, working with balance sheet accounts, and customizing and closing your quickbooks file.

38 Beginning Computers VISTA  
39 Microsoft Word 2007 Word for windows is a popular Windows-based word processing program.  It is tightly integrated with the Windows operating system and provides a full featured, document creation environment.  The course provides instruction and practice on document creation, saving and retrieving files, copying and pasting, setting tabs and margins, spell-checking, changing fonts and sizes, and a variety of other basic and intermediate word processing skills.
40 Watercolors Learn to paint an object to look as closely as possible to the real thing. When finished, some people actually think your painting is a photograph.  
41 Interior Design Students will work with styles and space planning. You will have the opportunity to learn how to use perspective drawings with color and lighting, You will also learn how colors work together. You will also become skilled in color selection using boards and drawings. You can design drapes and accessories along with faux painting. Students will also learn floral arrangements and accessorizing presentation of projects.
