Accessing Your School Phone Messages From a Remote Location

Step 1: Call your particular campus.

Step 2: If an attendant answers, ask to be transferred to extension 99:     

**If the recording answers, press *T to transfer, then enter the Extension Number and press the #.**

Step 3: At the prompt, enter your personnel extension, and the pound sign #.

Step 4: At the prompt, enter your password, and the pound sign #.

Step 5: Proceed as if you were at your desk.
