Steps
to Report a Computer Problem
Step 1: Open
Microsoft Outlook>>Click New Message
Step 2: When the
dialog box appears--Click the To Button:
and select the E-mail address
helpdesk@netechcenters.com
or
Type in the To Text Box
helpdesk@netechcenters.com

Step 3: Click
the CC Button (Carbon Copy)
and click your campus directors E-mail address
from your address book or contact list.
*(If you do not have your campus directors
E-mail address in your contact list or address
book)*
*Type
the directors E-mail address in the CC Text
Box

Step 4: In the subject
line type the computer part that you are having
problems with.
(For instance if your monitor is flickering type
Monitor.)

Step 5: In the subject
area of the E-mail in detail type the problem
you are experiencing.
**Do Not Just Type the words IT DOES NOT WORK**
(Be as detailed
as you can)
For example: I am experiencing a flickering
problem with my monitor. I will turn on the
monitor in the morning and 20 minutes later
lines will start to move up the monitor screen.
Step 6:
Click the Send Button
