This 1050-hour program is open to high school juniors, seniors and adults. Students will have a choice after the core to take one of two occupational clusters: Business Administration or Business management.
Administrative and Financial Services
This program teaches the fundamentals of business software applications, business computations, and 10-key. Currently the program is utilizing Microsoft Office XP (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). Testing for the Microsoft MOUS Certification is available on site. This career path also includes basic accounting skills necessary to evaluate business performance. Instruction also include professional work skills, communication and research skills, developing and maintaining a customer service attitude, and processing customer service requests.
