This 1050-hour
program is designed to provide students with
comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience working
with the latest technology available in the field of
computers and networking, and basic skills in business
administration and financial services as an additional
career. All program areas provide training toward
competency testing.

Computer Repair
Students use
advanced hardware and software functions to solve
application commonly found in information technology
systems, networks, and peripherals. The curriculum
includes certification specific instruction in operating
systems, troubleshooting hardware and software, and
assisting network and workstation users. The CompTia A+
certification is the targeted credential for this
program
Administrative
and Financial Services
This program
teaches the fundamentals of business software
applications, business computations, and 10-key.
Currently the program is utilizing Microsoft Office XP
(Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). Testing for the
Microsoft MOUS Certification is available on site. This
career path also includes basic accounting skills
necessary to evaluate business performance. Instruction
also include professional work skills, communication and
research skills, developing and maintaining a customer
service attitude, and processing customer service
requests.
