More
employees need technical education and training today
than ever before. Many companies have jobs that cannot
be filled by existing employees or available application
because they lack experience of training, Of course,
this adds dollars to your training budget and lower
profits.The Northeast Technology Foundation needs
your help in opening doors for students to get this
technical education and training. Think of the student
that wants to learn, but just can't afford to enroll in
that course they need. At this point, you are probably
wondering, "What can I do to help?"

Northeast Technology Center started a
foundation (Northeast Technology Foundation) and has a
Board in place to oversee its operations. The Foundation
has the "best" tax exempt status possible. It is a
public charity under section 501 (C) (3) and 509 (A)
(1). In the short time the Foundation has been in
operation, more than 100 students have been awarded over
$45,700. Most would have dropped out if Foundation funds
had not been available.

The Foundations Mission
The Foundation's mission is to help NTC students. The
Foundation's limitation is the amount of money it has to
distribute. Several NTC employees have established a
monthly payroll deduction to the Foundation. Several of
the technology program instructors use appropriate
training projects to construct various items., sold at
auction, with profits going to the Foundation.
